Bath: Recommend dose is 1-2 tablespoons of the salts dissolved in a bathtub of warm water (35° C-38°C ). Take a bath 1-3 times a week for 10 – 20 minutes. Stir the water until all salt crystals completely dissolve. When using the bath salts, use neither soap, nor a shower gel. Gently dry your skin after the bath.
