Use of Organic Maca Caps

Maca is a legendary plant from the Peruvian Andes that has been used in traditional healing for centuries. Extensive plateaux are encircled by high mountains of limestone, dolomite and other minerals. Wind and rain dissolve the minerals, which then enrich the lowland soil, which rests and gains strength for four years. Maca has an amazing ability to absorb all of these substances and store them in a pure, natural form. It contains many trace elements (iron, calcium, copper, zinc, magnesium, potassium, sodium and iodine), vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E), a large quantity of amino acids, glycosides, sterols, tannins, saponins, terpenoids and many other substances. Maca may help improve endurance and vitality* and support fertility** in both men and women. It may have a positive effect on the hormonal system*** (as a source of phytoestrogens) and sexuality****.

Energy characteristics

Maca influences the organism ranging from the supplementation of active energy in the regular life of a healthy person through to severe chronic fatigue syndrome and on to significant support during serious illnesses. Active ingredients

Maca (Lepidium meyenii) tuber in gelatinized caps.

Suggested Use

1 teaspoon stirred into a glass of pure, filtered and non-carbonated water, one to three times a day (1 teaspoon = 4 g). Do not exceed recommended daily dose. In all cases, after three weeks interrupt the application for one week. It is recommended to increase your intake of fluids within the period of application.
