My heart, the centre of my world

I have my own lie detector. It lets me know with outstanding accuracy how I really feel about everything happening around me. When my heart starts beating wildly, I know something is not right.

EMPEROR
If there is a hierarchy among the organs of the body, then the sovereign ruler of our physical existence is definitely our heart. Our heart is the emperor and the lungs are his prime minister. These two together make decisions about our life and death. Their vital signs are also the first that we check when administering first aid. Every rescue worker knows that the absence of a heartbeat is a greater issue than if the person is not breathing. Therefore, resuscitation with heart massage should be taught at primary schools. It’s the most important skill in one’s life. The chorus of the song “Stayin' Alive” by the Bee Gees is considered the accurate rhythm for heart massage! You can sing whatever song you would like, but do not hesitate to give someone a heart massage because it is a matter of life and death.

BLOOD PRESSURE – THE SILENT ASSASSIN
From a biological point of view the heart does not do any special work, it just tirelessly and rhythmically tightens the walls of its atria and ventricles, thus keeping the blood in the blood vessels constantly circulating. The bloodstream is a very sophisticated system of tubes (arteries and veins) which carry blood all over the body. They bring oxygen and nutrients to the tissues of the body and they take away waste products from those tissues on their way back. The length of all blood vessels in human body is 96,000 km, meaning they could be wrapped around the globe twice. The blood supply for the heart is provided by two coronary arteries which are only a couple dozen centimeters long. The flexibility of the blood vessel walls throughout the entire bloodstream is very important for the smooth working of the heart. The resistance of the blood vessel walls has a fundamental effect on blood pressure.

“In the modern world, high blood pressure affects every fourth person. However, many people do not know about it as it is an inconspicuous health issue.“

High blood pressure (above 130/80 mm Hg) enormously increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, dementia, visual impairment, kidney damage and last but not least erectile dysfunction. A sudden increase in blood pressure – above 230/130 mm Hg, also called hypertensive crisis – poses a serious risk of sudden death. The greatest risk of a sudden heart failure happens at the peak of its activity – at 12 o’clock.

I know this is hard to read these lines and it is quite possible that the reading itself is causing your blood pressure to increase. Stress is the master of tightening blood vessels and leads to an immediate increase in blood pressure. In the vast majority of cases, people themselves are responsible for their high blood pressure. This is good news, however, because it means that people are also able to fix it themselves.

TREATING THE HEART RIGHT
There are many things we can do to treat our heart right. We can reduce salt in our food, quit smoking, go for regular walks, eat healthy, sleep well, and learn how to handle stress. How easy and logical. Our heart will appreciate the care. An unhealthy heart is not able to experience joy and is more prone to sadness and melancholy. If your heart is doing better biologically, you will eventually be able to feel and experience it. How can you support your heart and increase your ability to experience joy using the Energy products?
>> Korolen and Celitin is the number one combination. These two are best to be used during summer because high summer temperatures trouble even a healthy heart, let alone a heart that has to cope with stress, excess weight or high doses of alcohol and caffeine.
>> Flavocel can also be of help. The vitamin C improves the flexibility and strength of vascular walls, dissolves blood clots and thus significantly reduces the risk of thrombosis. Smokers in particular should be taking it. Each smoked cigarette robs the body of 25 mg of vitamin C, which is at least a third of the amount that our body needs for daily functioning.
>> Organic Sancha Inchi is an amazing product that may fix cardiac tissue damage. This vegetable oil contains valuable unsaturated fatty acids and a high amount of vitamin E, and improves the heart muscle working conditions.

THE ART OF RECEIVING AND GIVING

A healthy person’s heart activity is a manifestation of his ability to go with the flow. Which means accepting what comes our way and letting it go through us without burdening ourselves. The ability to receive and give must be balanced.

“It is impossible to give unless we ourselves feel fulfilled, just like it is impossible to receive unless we are willing to give something up.”

According to Chinese medicine, our spirit (shen) and our consciousness reside in our heart. It is not a coincidence that we usually point to the left side of our sternum when saying “I”. Our heart is the centre of our world, centre of our consciousness and the dwelling place of our spirit. Let’s take care of this place and generate love because only when we open our hearts can we experience and feel things.
